I started Yin Yoga after experiencing a difficult period of my life and looking for a way to support my recovery both mentally and physically. I’ve been attending Angela’s Yin Yoga class regularly for almost a year now, I ‘ve had previous experience in yoga but not Yin yoga. I personally find Yin Yoga very empowering and meditative.
