YOGA EVENTS
WITH ANGELA
AND SARAH
These events are designed as a proper reset. A day to step out of the noise and come back to yourself.
Across the year we host three small group wellbeing days (maximum 20 people) which include a vegan or vegetarian lunch and refreshments. The day typically weaves together flow yoga, practical workshops, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, and sound baths, creating a supportive space to unwind, release tension, and feel grounded again.
In the summer we also run a larger all-day Yoga Event focused purely on yoga, exploring different styles and practices across the day, with a capacity of up to 60 people. New events will be added here as soon as dates and venues are confirmed, spaces are limited and tend to book quickly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two wellbeing days I have attended in the a welcoming and inclusive safe environment. I really enjoyed the different elements taught by Angela and Sarah, encompassing yoga and different techniques.
Angela has a gift and healing energy which I really appreciate for sharing with us. I am looking forward to the next wellbeing event
