Cancellation Policy for Treatments

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. In the event that you cancel or fail to attend your appointment on the scheduled day without providing the requisite notice, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred. This policy is in place to facilitate the ongoing scheduling of appointments at Creating Wellness Treatments, as I am unable to refill your slot on such short notice. Payment of the cancellation fee is to be made via bank transfer by the end of the same day.

Cancellation Policy for Yoga Classes

To secure your participation in a yoga class, please be advised that bookings will open on Sunday for the upcoming week. Payment must be transferred into the designated bank account; once completed, this payment is non-refundable.
